Frame relay multipoint ping problem

I always like troubleshooting. And you will know anything only after trouble
shooting the issue.

Here is a case when i had tried framerelay multipoint configuration , i met
a strange problem

I cant ping my own frame relay interface but from the other peers my interface
is pingable.

Just a google away i found the root of this issue!
